“Disclose Act” Fails!

The un-Constitutional “Disclose Act” failed 57-41 in yesterdays (7/27/2010) cloture vote in the Senate! The Republicans all voted against it.
If it had passed, the so-called “Disclose Act” — more properly referred to as the “Incumbent Protection Act” — would have:
